  • 2 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated, plus more, to taste, for serving
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 –Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the potato strips, 1 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese, the salt, the garlic powder, the paprika, and the black pepper and toss to coat.

Step 4 –Drizzle the potato strips with the oil and toss to coat.

Step 5 –Arrange the potato strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6 –Bake the fries until they are golden-brown, about 35 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve the fries sprinkled with the extra parmesan.
