Ingredients
- 4 cups kale, shredded and slightly packed
- 3 cups green cabbage, shredded and slightly packed
- 3/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt, to taste
- 8 ounces strawberries, hulled, sliced and/or halved if large

Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the kale and the green cabbage and toss to combine.
Step 2 –In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, the honey, and the salt and whisk to combine.
Step 3 –Pour the dressing over the kale mixture and toss to coat.
Step 4 –Add the strawberries to the coleslaw mixture and gently toss to combine.
Step 5 –Serve immediately.
