For the lemonade:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice

For the cocktail:

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces cucumber-flavored vodka
  • 3-4 ounces lemonade
  • 1 ounce of cucumber juice
  • mint, optional, for garnish
  • lemon, optional, for garnish


Step 1 –In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/2 cup water.

Step 2 –Bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 3 –Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow it to simmer, stirring occasionally, until all of the sugar has dissolved.

Step 4 –Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool.

Step 5 –In a large pitcher or jar, add the syrup mixture, lemon juice, and remaining water, stirring to combine.

Step 6 –In a 16-ounce mason jar, add the ice.

Step 7 –Pour in the vodka, 3-4 ounces of lemonade, and cucumber juice.

Step 8 –Garnish with mint and lemon.

Step 9 –Serve.
