Ingredients

  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed-dry
  • 1 (4-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

Step 3 –In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, the cream cheese, the cheese, the bacon, the eggs, the butter, the garlic, and the salt.

Step 4 –Evenly spread the spinach mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 –Bake the casserole until the edges are golden and the center is set, about 35-40 minutes.

Step 6 –Plate and serve immediately.
