Ingredients
- 3 cups cavatappi noodles
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup medium chunky salsa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend, shredded
- 3 cups flavored tortilla chips, crumbled
Directions
Step 1 –Cook the noodles to al dente according to the package directions.
Step 2 –Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water.
Step 3 –Dry the noodles gently.
Step 4 –Add the cooked noodles, the mayo, the ranch dressing, the salsa, the salt, and the pepper to a bowl and stir to coat the noodles in the dressing.
Step 5 –Add in the chicken, the green onions, and the cheese to the bowl and stir well again.
Step 6 –Add the crumbled flavored tortilla chips and stir until just mixed into the salad.
Step 7 –Serve immediately.
