Ingredients

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, store-bought, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple, crushed and well-drained
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 pita pocket halves

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the chicken, the apple, the celery, the pineapple, the cranberries, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, the onion powder, and the salt and stir to combine.

Step 2 –Fill the pita halves with the chicken salad mixture, plate, and serve.
