Classic Wassail is the old name for Mulled Cider, the warming, sugared and spiced brew with ancient English roots. Unlike other ciders, Classic Wassail has brightness from citrus juices and autumnal flavor from cinnamon and cloves. Warmed and celebratory, this mulled cider is the kind you sip with sighs of happiness even as the wind gets chilly outside. Winter doesn’t truly begin until you have a mug of this in your hands.
