Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, zested
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ranch seasoning powder
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 pounds broccoli crowns, washed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds, sliced
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper, the red pepper flakes, the ranch seasoning, and the garlic.

Step 3 –Add the broccoli and toss to coat.

Step 4 –Spread the broccoli onto a large rimmed baking sheet.

Step 5 –Roast for 10-12 minutes.

Step 6 –Flip the broccoli and add the almonds to the baking sheet.
