Crack Chicken Bites

These snacks are hard to resist. Very, very hard to resist. Crack Chicken Bites are crispy on the outside and so buttery, with a cheesy, meaty filling that will have your mouth watering. It’s got plenty of juicy chicken and succulent bacon mixed with sharp cheddar and zesty, creamy ranch (with more on the side for dipping)! You’ll be craving more Crack Chicken Bites before you even finish the first one!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 3/4 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing, plus more, to taste, for serving
  • 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Combine the cooked chicken, the bacon, the cheddar cheese, and 2/3 cup of the ranch dressing in a bowl.

Step 4 –Unroll both cans of the crescent rolls and press the dough perforations to seal.

Step 5 –Cut each sheet of the crescent dough into six squares to create a total of 12 squares.

Step 6 –Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each of the squares.

Step 7 –Bring the four corners of each dough square up over the filling and press the edges to seal.

Step 8 –Place the bites onto the prepared baking sheets.

Step 9 –Bake until the bites are golden-brown, about 18-20 minutes.

Step 10 –Garnish with the parsley and serve with the extra ranch on the side.
