Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, well-drained and diced, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
  • 3 cups lettuce, finely shredded

Directions

Step 1 –Place the cream cheese, the sour cream, and the mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix with an electric mixer until fluffy.

Step 2 –Stir the smoked paprika, the garlic powder, the green onions, the diced tomatoes, the cheddar cheese, and 2/3 of the bacon into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 3 –Cover the dip and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.

Step 4 –Transfer the dip from the fridge and top with the lettuce, the remaining bacon, and the extra tomatoes.

Step 5 –Serve.
