Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) can pizza sauce
- 2/3 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 6 (1-ounce) pieces string cheese
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –In a large skillet, add the ground beef, green pepper, and onion and cook over medium-high heat, crumbling the beef as it cooks, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3 –Drain the fat from the skillet.
Step 4 –Stir in the pizza sauce, pepperoni, and oregano.
Step 5 –Spoon 1/2 cup of the beef mixture across the center of each tortilla.
Step 6 –Top the mixture in each tortilla with 1 piece of string cheese.
Step 7 –Fold the bottom and sides of the tortillas and roll them up in a burrito style.
Step 8 –Place the rolls on an ungreased baking sheet, seam side down.
Step 9 –Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes.
Step 10 –Serve hot!
