Crispy Sesame Salmon takes it to new heights by adding sweet, nutty, tangy, almost buttery flavor and cooking the fish in cubes to ensure you experience crunchy, crispy perfection with every munch.   • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or soy sauce, plus more, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, plus more, to taste
  • 5 large cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound salmon, skinless, bones removed, chopped into bite-sized chunks
  • lime juice, optional, to taste
  • sea salt, to taste


Step 1 –In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of the coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of the rice vinegar, the garlic cloves, and the sesame oil. Set it aside.

Step 2 –In a large skillet over high heat, warm the avocado oil, allowing the skillet to heat up.

Step 3 –Carefully place the salmon fillets on the skillet, cooking them undisturbed, for about 2-4 minutes.

Step 4 –Flip the salmon and cook until both sides are deeply golden-brown, about 2-4 minutes.

Step 5 –Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the salmon.

Step 6 –Gently swish the pan around until each fillet of the fish has been touched by the sauce mixture.

Step 7 –Cook the sauce-coated salmon covered, stirring and flipping occasionally until the salmon is cooked through and an instant thermometer inserted in the center reads 145 degrees F, about 5-6 minutes.

Step 8 –Taste the cooked salmon and adjust the seasoning by adding the extra coconut aminos, the extra rice vinegar, the lime juice, and the salt, as needed.

Step 9 –Serve.
