Ingredients

  • 20 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
  • oil, neutral flavored, for frying
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • marinara sauce, optional, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 –Put the eggs and milk into a small mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 3 –Put the breadcrumbs onto a plate or into a shallow bowl.

Step 4 –Dip each of the raviolis into your egg mixture then roll them in the breadcrumbs.

Step 5 –Then, place the breadcrumb-coated ravioli into a single layer on the baking sheet.

Step 6 –Heat about 3 inches of oil in a deep-set pot at 350 degrees F.

Step 7 –Add about 6-8 ravioli to the pan at a time and fry them until they are browned all over, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat the process with the rest of the ravioli.

Step 8 –Top the fried ravioli with the parmesan cheese and parsley.

Step 9 –Serve with marinara sauce on top or for dipping.
