Easy Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 pounds medium sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3 –In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, the oregano, and the salt.

Step 4 –In a large bowl, add the sweet potatoes, the olive oil, and the spice mixture and toss to coat.

Step 5 –Spread the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 6 –Roast the potatoes until they are tender and start to crisp and turn brown, about 30-35 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve.
