  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 (8-ounce, 1-inch thick) pork loin chops, boneless

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, the parsley, the balsamic vinegar, the soy sauce, the olive oil, the garlic, the pepper, and the cayenne pepper.

Step 2 –Add the pork chops to the marinade and turn to coat.

Step 3 –Refrigerate the pork chops in the marinade for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.

Step 4 –Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Step 5 –Remove the pork chops and discard the marinade.

Step 6 –Grill the pork chops, covered, until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145 degrees F, about 10-15 minutes per side.

Step 7 –Let the meat stand for 5 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve.
