Waking up to breakfast at Grandma’s house was always a wonderful moment; running down the hall to see what wonder would emerge from the kitchen, bouncing in anticipation as the dish landed on the table. This excitement became tenfold when it turned out she made Granny’s Hash Brown Bake! Underneath the ooey-gooey melty cheese was a crunchy, creamy, and tangy bake filled with hearty potatoes and even more cheese (does anything say good morning quite so well as melty cheese?). It takes less than an hour to relive the magic of Granny’s Hash Brown Bake anytime and only a few quick steps too! Some traditions just make everyone happy, and this is one of them!
