Ham & Cheese Hash Brown Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (32-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pound ham, cooked and diced
  • 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the hash browns, the ham, the cream of potato soup, the sour cream, and the cheddar cheese and mix to combine.

Step 4 –Spread the hash brown mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of the hash brown mixture.

Step 6 –Bake the hash brown bake, uncovered, until bubbly and lightly brown, about 1 hour.

Step 7 –Serve.
