Ingredients
- 16 ounces shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- paprika, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the hash browns, the parmesan cheese, the breadcrumbs, the olive oil, the salt, the pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, and the paprika, gently stirring to combine.
Step 4 –Fill each of the prepared muffin cups with the hash brown mixture and press down.
Step 5 –Bake the hash brown cups until the tops are golden, about 40 minutes.
Step 6 –Transfer the hash brown cups from the oven and let them cool in the pan, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 7 –Serve.
