Healthy Deviled Eggs

By simply replacing the mayo with a healthier but no-less creamy and tangy alternative and using no-sugar-added mustard, the joy of deviled eggs stays the same, but the calorie intake decreases. Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, hard-boiled and shells removed
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon no-sugar-added yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.

Step 2 –Remove the yolks and transfer them to a small mixing bowl.

Step 3 –Mash the yolks with a fork.

Step 4 –Add the mayonnaise, the apple cider vinegar, the yellow mustard, the black pepper, and the sea salt to the mashed yolk and stir until creamy.

Step 5 –Evenly divide the yolk mixture inside the cooked egg whites.

Step 6 –Sprinkle with the paprika and serve.
