Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, fat-free
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
For the salad:
- 4 cups cantaloupe, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 medium navel oranges, segmented
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sweetened coconut, toasted and shredded
Directions
Step 1 –In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, the coconut milk, and the orange juice.
