Million Dollar Cookie Bars

If money grew on trees, we’d make sure that’d these Million Dollar Cookie Bars were always on tap for satisfying our sweet tooth whenever we wanted! They’re really that good. You’ll feel like you’ve struck gold as you sink your teeth into the sweet and salty layers of delight. Creamy peanut butter, melty chocolate, salty pretzels, crunchy nuts… yep, it’s got all that and then some! These Million Dollar Cookie Bars are really worth your investment. So, cash in and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes, sweetened or unsweetened
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup packaged roasted pistachios or peanuts
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • flaky sea salt, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a 9Ă—13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 3 –In a bowl, combine the oats, the butter, and the vanilla.

Step 4 –Press the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.

Step 5 –Gently pour the condensed milk in an even layer over the oat layer.

Step 6 –Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the condensed milk layer.

Step 7 –Sprinkle 2 cups of the chocolate chips over the coconut flakes and top with the pistachios.

Step 8 –Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips over the peanut layer and top with the pretzel sticks.

Step 9 –Press down on the cookie mixture to help submerge all of the ingredients.

Step 10 –Bake the cookie bars, about 25-30 minutes.

Step 11 –Transfer the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips and the flaky sea salt.

Step 12 –Let the cookie bars cool.

Step 13 –Cut the cookie bars into squares and serve.
