Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 string cheeses, such as mozzarella, halved crosswise
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 –In a small bowl, add the butter, the Italian seasoning, and the garlic and whisk to combine.
Step 4 –Open and unroll the crescent roll dough.
Step 5 –Separate the crescent rolls into their respective perforated triangles.
Step 6 –Brush the crescent dough triangles with the garlic-butter mixture, reserving some for brushing after they have been rolled.
Step 7 –Place 1 of the string cheese halves on each of the crescent rolls at the widest end.
Step 8 –Roll up the crescent rolls so the cheese is in the middle.
Step 9 –Brush the tops of the rolls with the remaining garlic-butter mixture.
Step 10 –Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 11 –Bake until the rolls are lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Step 12 –Serve warm.
