Ingredients
- 20 frozen fully-cooked meatballs
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 4 sub sandwich rolls, cut, with one side intact
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat an 18×26-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a large pot over low-medium heat, add the meatballs and the pasta sauce and gently stir to coat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meatballs are heated through.
Step 4 –Add 4-5 meatballs to each of the sandwich rolls and top with the sauce.
Step 5 –Transfer the subs to the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6 –Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the subs.
Step 7 –Bake the subs, uncovered, until the mozzarella cheese is melted, hot, and bubbly.
Step 8 –Serve.
