Ingredients
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento peppers, drained
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow onion, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 (8-ounce) blocks extra-sharp yellow cheddar cheese, 1 shredded and 1 finely shredded

Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, stir together the diced pimiento peppers, the mayonnaise, the Worcestershire sauce, the onion, and the cayenne.
