Potluck Hawaiian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 50–60 pre-cooked frozen meatballs, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, finely diced
  • green onions, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Spray the bottom of a slow cooker with cooking spray.

Step 2 –Add the frozen meatballs to the bottom of the pot.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and the pineapple.

Step 4 –Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.

Step 5 –Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Step 6 –Serve warm and topped with green onions.
