Ingredients

For the slaw:

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups jicama, julienned or spiralized
  • 1 carrot, shredded or julienned
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

For the dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 lime, juiced

Directions

Step 1 –In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, the jicama, the carrot, and the cilantro.

Step 2 –In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, the cumin, the celery salt, the smoked paprika, and the lime juice to make the dressing.

Step 3 –Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
