Every now and then, it feels nice to show your people just how much you love them. There are plenty of ways to go about that, but we think the best way is by serving them up some of this Share-The-Love Bake. This cheesy casserole brings them bites and bites of creamy tortellini, tender shredded chicken, and rich artichoke hearts and how could they not feel the love after that?! Just trust us! Ingredients
- 2 (14-ounce) water-packed artichoke hearts
- 3 cups chicken, cooked, shredded
- 3 cups refrigerated spinach tortellini, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups Asiago cheese, grated, divided
- fresh basil, optional, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –Reserve 1/4 cup of the juice from the artichoke hearts and drain the rest.
Step 4 –Coarsely chop the artichoke hearts.
Step 5 –In a large bowl, combine the chicken, the tortellini, the mayonnaise, 1 cup of the cheese, and the reserved artichoke liquid.
Step 6 –Transfer the artichoke mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 7 –Bake the casserole until it is bubbly and starting to brown, about 30 minutes.
Step 8 –Garnish the casserole with the basil and serve.
