Special-Night Pork

Whatever it is you’re celebrating, this Special-Night Pork is an epic addition to your flavorful festivities! As the good times roll in, pile your plate high with this savory, creamy, perfectly-seasoned pork tenderloin concoction that will have you dancing the night away! We love this saucy stuff served over some Tango-worthy tagliatelle but hey, it’s your party… you do what you want to! You’ll find every excuse to celebrate once you taste this Special-Night Pork… it’s just that fantastic. Cheers to the good times ahead!

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • tagliatelle or rice, to taste, cooked and hot, for serving
  • fresh parsley, optional, to taste, minced, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the pork, the flour, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper and toss to combine.

Step 2 –In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Step 3 –Add the seasoned pork to the butter and sauté until lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Step 4 –Add the heavy whipping cream to the pork mixture and bring to a boil, while stirring with a wooden spoon to loosen the browned bits from the pan.

Step 5 –Cook the pork mixture until the cream has slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 6 –Serve the pork mixture over the tagliatelle garnished with the parsley.
