We love this saucy stuff served over some Tango-worthy tagliatelle but hey, it’s your party… you do what you want to! Ingredients
- 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- tagliatelle or rice, to taste, cooked and hot, for serving
- fresh parsley, optional, to taste, minced, for garnish

Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the pork, the flour, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper and toss to combine.
Step 2 –In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Step 3 –Add the seasoned pork to the butter and sauté until lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 4 –Add the heavy whipping cream to the pork mixture and bring to a boil, while stirring with a wooden spoon to loosen the browned bits from the pan.
Step 5 –Cook the pork mixture until the cream has slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6 –Serve the pork mixture over the tagliatelle garnished with the parsley.
