Peaches are traditionally considered a summer fruit, but there’s no reason you can’t enjoy them during the autumn as well, especially if Spiced Peach Cobbler is on the menu! Ripe peaches are mixed with sugar (always a good start) and warm spices to bring the most of their juicy, floral flavor. On top is a tender yet crisp crust that feels almost like dumplings with just a hint of citrus brightness. Spiced Peach Cobbler spices up the dessert game, so other treats better raise their game to match!
