Thanksgiving Leftovers Quiche

The leftover turkey is layered in a fluffy, creamy egg filling, with plenty of mushrooms to enhance the meatiness and cheddar cheese to add sharpness. Then it all goes into a buttery pie crust to bake until each slice is as decadent as possible. Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup turkey, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Whisk together the eggs, the milk, the salt, and the pepper in a bowl.

Step 3 –In the pie crust, layer the turkey, the mushrooms, and the cheddar cheese.

Step 4 –Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.

Step 5 –Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25-35 minutes.
