Mojito Fruit Salad uses the classic lime syrup that makes mojitos so refreshing as a dressing for a medley of crisp, mouth-watering watermelon chunks, juicy raspberries, tart blueberries, and sweet strawberries, with mint leaves for that cooling mojito magic. All it takes is a chop, a mix, and a pour before the Mojito Fruit Salad is ready to liven up the table with its vibrant personality. It’s a new way to let your tastebuds chill out!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 1 pound strawberries, chopped
  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 1/4 cup packed mint, chopped after measuring
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1 –Add the watermelon, the strawberries, the raspberries, the blueberries, and the mint together in a large bowl.

Step 2 –Stir the lime juice and the powdered sugar in a small bowl.

Step 3 –Pour the dressing over the berries.

Step 4 –Gently toss the salad with a spatula.

Step 5 –Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Step 6 –Serve chilled.
