Tortilla Pizza

This is not like store-bought pizza bagels. Tortilla Pizza is as if pizza bagels took the next step to become more than just a frozen snack. In fact, Tortilla Pizza already has pizza bagels beat in terms of cheesiness; they are all stuffed-crust pizzas! And they’re crunchy and topped with rich pizza sauce and melty cheese. Mmmm, these are so good for something made in just half an hour! All the fun of a snack with the heartiness of a meal!

  • 5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
