Ingredients

  • 16 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced into even circles
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces rigatoni
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded, divided

Directions

Step 1 –In a large greased skillet over medium-high heat, sprinkle the kielbasa with the onion powder and cook until the sausage is lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

Step 2 –Add the chicken broth and the rigatoni to the skillet, stirring to combine.
