Air Fryer Steak

You can cook steak with it! Air Fryer Steak cooks the meat to a lovely rosy pink on the inside with a wonderful golden-brown crust on the outside. Generously seasoned with steak seasoning and enriched with a rubbing of tangy olive oil and fatty butter, Air Fryer Steak has all of the five-star restaurant flavors. A pat of garlic butter on top only adds to the indulgence of this dish. New tech means new ways of eating one of the best beef courses in existence.

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-inch-thick) steaks, ribeye, sirloin, or striploin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
  • steak seasoning, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons garlic herb butter, optional

Directions

Step 1 –Transfer the steaks out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Step 2 –Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Step 3 –Rub the steaks on both sides with olive oil and butter.

Step 4 –Generously season the steaks on both sides with the steak seasoning.

Step 5 –Add the steaks to the air fryer basket and cook, flipping after 4 minutes, until the steaks reach the desired doneness and a minimum internal temperature of 135 degrees F, about 8-12 minutes.

Step 6 –Remove the steak from the air fryer and transfer it to a plate.

Step 7 –Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve with garlic butter.
