Going to Mimi’s is sweet for lots of reasons. For one, this gal is one of the most generous, loving souls you’ll ever meet, so you’re sure to experience that while you’re there. But also, Mimi’s Apple Bread will make sure your tummy is feeling the love, too. This tender, moist, golden-brown treat is always worth the long journey to her house. And it’s just so perfect because her favorite season is fall and these slices of heaven are infused with fresh apples to honor that all year long. There’s a bunch of reasons we love our dear friend and Mimi’s Apple Bread is just one of our most beloved!
