Start your morning off right by sinking your teeth into the sweet and butter crescent roll that’s oozing with melty cheese, fluffy scrambled eggs, and crispy turkey bacon. It’s basically the best A.M. sandwich you could ever have! Ring up some yumminess and great sunrises with the Bacon & Eggs Ring!

  • 1/2 package turkey bacon
  • 8-10 eggs
  • 2 packages crescent roll dough
  • cheddar cheese, to taste, shredded
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • butter, to taste, melted

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.

Step 3 –In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until they are set and cooked through.

Step 4 –Place the crescent roll triangles on an ungreased baking sheet so the wider end of the crescent is in the center, forming a circle with a 5-inch opening in the center and the smaller tip of the crescent is on the outside. The wider ends of the crescents will overlap.

Step 5 –Use a dough roller to press down on the overlapped seams to seal them.

Step 6 –Arrange the scrambled eggs onto the dough, then top with the bacon.

Step 7 –Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bacon and season with the salt and the pepper.

Step 8 –Fold up the dough triangles over the egg mixture and tuck the points into the dough on the other side.

Step 9 –Use a basting brush to brush the melted butter onto the dough.

Step 10 –Season the ring with the salt and the pepper.

Step 11 –Bake the ring in the oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 12 –Transfer the ring from the oven and slice with a pizza cutter.

Step 13 –Serve.
