Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter, sliced into 4-6 pieces

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 3 –Season the pork with the sea salt and pepper.

Step 4 –Mix together the garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, and sage in a small bowl.

Step 5 –Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat on the stove-top.

Step 6 –Add the pork to the pan and cook until golden brown.

Step 7 –Once golden brown, move the pork onto the baking sheet.

Step 8 –Coat the pork with the herb mix.

Step 9 –Place several pats of the butter on the pork.

Step 10 –Wrap the pork in the foil and place into the oven.

Step 11 –Bake until the tenderloin is internally 150 degrees F at its thickest part, about 25 minutes.

Step 12 –Remove the tenderloin from the oven and allow it to sit for a few minutes.

Step 13 –Slice against the grain and serve!
