Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole-grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (2-pound) salmon fillet, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –In a small bowl, add the mustard, the honey, the garlic, the lemon juice, the paprika, the salt, and the black pepper and whisk to combine.

Step 2 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 3 –Line a large baking sheet with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Step 4 –Coat the foil with cooking spray.

Step 5 –Lay the salmon on the prepared foil.

Step 6 –Spoon the honey-mustard sauce over the top of the salmon and spread it around evenly so it covers the entire top of the salmon.

Step 7 –Fold the sides of the foil up and over the top of the salmon so it is completely enclosed.

Step 8 –Bake until the salmon is almost cooked through, about 13-15 minutes.

Step 9 –Carefully open and pull back the aluminum foil so the top of the salmon is exposed.

Step 10 –Switch the oven to broil and broil the salmon until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 2-3 minutes. Watch the salmon carefully to ensure the sauce does not burn.

Step 11 –Serve the salmon garnished with the parsley.
