Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1 cup ground sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup deli ham, chopped
  • 8 ounces Swiss-Gruyère blend, shredded
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 refrigerated piecrust

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, the sour cream, and the steak seasoning together until creamy.

Step 3 –Fold the sausage, the bacon, the ham, the Swiss-Gruyère cheese, and the cheddar cheese into the egg mixture and mix well.

Step 4 –Roll out the refrigerated piecrust until it fits into a 12-inch cast-iron skillet.

Step 5 –Use your hands to press the piecrust into the bottom and up the sides of the skillet. Use a fork to press the edges into the side of the skillet.

Step 6 –Use a fork to pierce the bottom of the piecrust in several places.

Step 7 –Pour the egg mixture into the piecrust.

Step 8 –Bake the quiche until it is set but still a little wobbly in the middle, about 40-45 minutes.

Step 9 –Let the quiche rest for 30 minutes.

Step 10 –Slice and serve.
