Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Chicken Pot Pie Casserole is a new twist on a classic dinner! After all, who doesn’t love a classic chicken pot pie? Tender chicken, moist biscuits, and melty cheese make for a delightful dinner in a single baking dish! Chicken Pot Pie Casserole is comfort food reimagined, and it is sure to be a crowd-pleaser—even if it’s just a crowd of one or two. It’s even better as leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12 ounces) can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a medium-size bowl, add in chicken, cream of chicken soup, the sour cream, the cheddar cheese, the vegetables, the garlic powder, and the salt.

Step 3 –Using a spatula, combine all the ingredients until well blended.

Step 4 –Cut each of the biscuits into fourths, and add them into the chicken mixture.

Step 5 –Prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 6 –Spread the chicken biscuit mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Step 7 –Bake, uncovered, until golden and bubbly, about 35-45 minutes.

Step 8 –Allow to cool, then serve.
