Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 8 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 4 carrots, julienned

Directions

Step 1 –Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, white vinegar, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl, mixing it thoroughly.

Step 2 –Add in the cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots, mixing it all together as well.

Step 3 –Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Step 4 –Serve chilled.
