Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 (12 ounces) bottle lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- lime juice, optional, to taste
- blue food coloring, optional, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Add the 1/2 tablespoon sugar to a small bowl with the 1 tablespoon of water.
Step 2 –Mix and microwave the mixture just long enough to dissolve the sugar, about 30 seconds.
Step 3 –Set the mixture aside to cool.
Step 4 –Fill a glass with crushed ice.
Step 5 –Add the lemon-lime soda to the glass, and set it aside.
