  • 1 (40-ounce) package of yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (10-ounce) package of red cherry tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons ranch seasoning, dry powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, zested or minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/3 cup basil, chopped
  • 3 ounces feta cheese


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Cut all of the tomatoes in half.

Step 3 –Combine the oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Step 4 –Toss the tomatoes in the spice mixture.

Step 5 –Spread the tomatoes onto a large rimmed baking sheet.

Step 6 –Roast until slightly wrinkled and deep in color, about 20-25 minutes.

Step 7 –Transfer the roasted tomatoes to a bowl.

Step 8 –Toss with the chives, basil, and feta.

Step 9 –Serve.
