Easter Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) frozen pork chops, boneless, pounded to 1/2-1-inch thickness and patted dry

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.

Step 3 –In a small bowl, add the olive oil, the brown sugar, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the paprika, the kosher salt, and the pepper and stir until a paste forms.

Step 4 –Generously rub the spice paste over each of the pork chops.

Step 5 –Place the seasoned pork chops on the wire rack on the prepared baking sheet and bake until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 30-40 minutes.

Step 6 –Transfer the baking sheet from the heat and allow the pork chops to rest, about 5 minutes.

Step 7 –Slice the pork chops.

Step 8 –Serve.
