Ingredients

  • 6 pork chop cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Season the pork chops with garlic powder and seasoning salt.

Step 3 –Dredge the chops in the flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 4 –Dip the floured chops in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.

Step 5 –Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 6 –Once the oil is shimmering, add in the pork chops and cook until the breading is browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Step 7 –Transfer the pork chops to a 9×13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Step 8 –Bake until the pork is cooked through, about 60-90 minutes. The pork should read 145 degrees F in the center with a meat thermometer.

Step 9 –Serve hot.
