Easy Chicken Florentine Casserole

When casserole season is approaching (to be honest, that’s all year long for us), you have to make sure you have a nice list of warm, hearty dishes to fill you up as the weather cools off! You basically just stir it all together and dump it into a casserole dish to bake, so it comes together quite easily, which is just another bonus. Are you sold yet? Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 12 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bullion
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the chicken, the spinach, the cream of mushroom soup, the sour cream, the milk, the parmesan cheese, the garlic, and the chicken bouillon and stir until combined.

Step 4 –Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 –Cover the chicken casserole and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 6 –Uncover the chicken casserole and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.

Step 7 –Bake the chicken casserole until the cheese has melted, about 5-10 minutes.
