Ingredients
For the salad:
- 6 cups mixed spring greens
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled, for serving
For the dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the mixed greens, the oranges, the dried cranberries, and the pecans.
