French Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops, boneless
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream dip
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (3-ounce) crispy fried onions
  • green peas, optional, to taste, cooked and warm, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Place the pork chops in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.

Step 3 -Spread the sour cream dip evenly over the pork chops.

Step 4 -Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the sour cream dip.

Step 5 -Spread the crispy fried onions over the top of the cheese.

Step 6 -Bake, uncovered, until a meat thermometer inserted into the pork reads 145 degrees F, about 35-45 minutes.

Step 7 -Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Step 8 -Serve with the green peas.
