Ingredients
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted, plus more to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a resealable plastic bag, add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder. Shake to combine.
Step 4 –Add the shrimp and shake well to coat.
