You can store fresh sausage in its original packing in your fridge for about 2 to 3 days, but on the third day, there is a great chance that it might get spoiled. Since the sausage is made from meat, it cannot stay fresh after 2 days. Any kind of meat in any form does not stay fresh for more than 2 days if opened.
But, you can store unopened packed meat and sausage in your refrigerator for at least a month. You can store sliced sausage for at least a few weeks in your refrigerator. Dried, cured sausage can be stored more time too. If you keep the sausage in our original package, you can store them for more time too.
